"Can you say it in French?"
I was reading Nathan a book last night. We came to. Picture of a lighthouse.
"What's that?" Nathan asked.
"That's a phare."
"No no no. Say it in French" he reponded.

Sidney woke up at midnight with labored breathing and a cough. The night

Sleeping beauties
Nathan woke up this morning at 4:30 with an accident - which Alex got up to
take care of.
take care of.
Right after Nathan fell asleep, Sidney started crying because he's got a new
tooth coming in - which Alex got up to take care of.
Now, it's naptime!

Nigh nigh nou nou
After Sidney woke up I went with him in our bedroom and played a little with
him on our bed.
him on our bed.
His favorite activity?
He would say "nigh nigh nou nou" and put his teddy bear down on the bed.
I would cover it with a blanket.
Laugh.
Repeat.

Bonbons
I went into the grocery to pick up some eggs on the way to swimming. Nathan
asked me if I had brought him des bonbons.
asked me if I had brought him des bonbons.
Sidney immediately said "bonbons," like he's been saying it for months.

I love the "hey get out of my way" look he gives to the parent.

The pancakes before the storm
Yesterday, Sidney bonked his nose. When we got home and saw him, it wasn't
too sensitive so we didn't think much of it. Last night he had trouble
breathing. This morning it was blue and sensitive!
