Kermesse du Lycée La Pérouse

Sunday, we were invited to this year's Kermesse in Marin. The weather was incredibly hot and "summery"... quite a change from the cold and fog we have been getting. The food was great and the show as well. Nathan was tired because this was right after his swimming class.

And Sidney was cranky because hungry but after lunch and while his big brother was showing us how well he is doing with potty training, he agreed to pose for a few shots.

Family night at Nathan's pre-school

Nathan recently started pre-school.  It's a new pre-school, started by a mother of two who wanted to give her children a French-immersion experience.   We, and the other parents of the "morning sessions," were invited to her house for a bit of a mixer.

It was a first.

We met a lot of nice people, and I was happy to meet the parents of Nathan's "social circle."
