Good news bad news
The good news is that we were again proven right to head home early.
The bad news is the reason... An hour into our four hour drive home Sidney vomited all over himself.
Skius interruptus
If we didn't have bad luck on our ski trips, we would not have any luck at all.
Out first night we had a pipi (Sidney) and a vomit (Nathan) at midnight and 2A.
The next morning, surprisingly, the boys went to their respective ski classes without much trouble.
However at noon Sidney wasn't feeling well so we had to take him out of ski/play.
We picked up Nathan at 4 and he was running a fever.
Both the boys went to sleep early.
Nathan woke up delirious and screaming at around 8, still in slumber. Yelling things like "jarbees" and "je n'aime pas" over and over. It was very scary. He had a 103 temp.
He finally woke up and settled down. Had some water, some more Tylenol, and went back to bed.
He woke up again at 10 and did the same thing.
I went to sleep with him and the rest of the night he woke up every 2 hours but didn't scream anymore.
This morning I went to cancel all of our lift tickets and such. And we are now on our way home, 3 days early.
At least Alex and I got 2 hours of skiing in together. Viva la vacance!

Nathan, inspired, drew the scene as he had seen or as I had described. Darth Vader, Princess Leia, R2D2, C3PO, space ships and laser beams all rendered in scene!
